Here is the AK9X, the classic vintage sampler emulation. Imagine the warm, rich sound of those old-school samplers, but with a twist.
This plugin is a tribute to the iconic and legendary sampler of the past. It’s not just a basic emulation; it dives deep into recreating the soul of the preamp section, giving you that authentic, gritty sound.
But here’s the cool part: there’s a sample rate modifier control that lets you tweak the sound even further by setting the audio bandwidth.
For those who love mixing stereo to mono for a solid low end, there’s a handy button to switch between stereo to mono channels.
It’s perfect for both modern producers who want that retro touch and vintage enthusiasts looking to recreate the sounds from their favorite era with a bit more control.
It’s like having a piece of music history in your digital audio workstation, but with some neat, modern twists.
We used our cutting edge NM2 AI/ Neural Technology to accurately capture the hardware.
This control trims the input signal from -12 to +12 dB.
This control trims the final output signal from -12 to +12 dB.
This is the Wet/Dry Mix control. Use this to blend your original dry signal with the “processed” signal.
Filters: We provide controls for a Lo-pass and High-pass filter to further shape the sound.
The cutoff range for the low-pass filter is : 100 Hz to 20000 Hz and the range for the high-pass filter is 20 Hz to 300Hz
AG Switch: This is setup for “auto-gain” whereby the level of the pre amp gain is compensated automatically to make it easier for the user to get a consistent volume level, without having to adjust the output trim when the Pre-Amp levels are modified.
Mono/ Stereo Switch: This switch converts the incoming stereo audio to a mixed mono result by panning both channels to center. This is not applicable when using mono DAW channels/ tracks.
Pre-Amp Knob: This is the control which models the sound of the preamp on the original unit. You can further drive/compress the sound by increasing the input trim from the I/O section for more extreme effects.
Sample Rate Knob: This fader resamples the audio to a specified sample rate which can be controlled via the Dial , or the user can “double click” the number and type your own sample rate.
